Land land land...

Start looking for a block of land somewhere in the WEST... Ended up looking in Point Cook, Tarneit, Trugannina and Williams Landing. Here's the journey begins... (not a long one really...)

• 21 June 2008 - Start the car's engine @9am and drove to Western Melbourne area. Visited a few land office, asked a few question, took all the brochures, stage plan and the price list of course!
  
  
• 22 June 2008 - Decided that Williams Landing will be the one!
  
  
• 23 June 2008 - Put 2k deposit for 2 blocks of land (not one!) for Lot 214 and 216 in Stage 3. Still confused with the block position at this time (West facing or South facing)
  
  
• 24-26 June 2008 - Stressed out to decide which lot to choose. Went to solicitor, looking for feedback about the Land's Section 32
  
  
• 27-28 June 2008 - Guess what?!?! SURPRISE SURPRISE.... Neither Lot 214 nor 216 is chosen. After much consideration, here and there, this and that, etc etc... Decided to take LOT 197 in Stage 2 since it has a North facing block and the best of all, it has park view!
  
  
• 29 June 2008 - Signed the land contract for LOT 197 and pay 10% deposit! YAY!!! Finally!! =)
